Frequently asked questions
What does “private preview” mean?
The managed services are not open to the general public yet: seats are enabled in batches, so we can support each organization through onboarding. The open source software, on the other hand, is already published and you can use it today.
Does “Start FREE” have hidden costs?
No. The open source editions install and run without paying DiluxOne anything. What may cost is what you consume from third parties: your own server and the model provider keys you use.
What is an AI credit?
The unit that measures model consumption inside the SaaS plans. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; when it runs out you can top it up or connect your own provider keys and keep using the platform.
Can I start self-hosted and move to the SaaS?
Yes, and the other way around too. It is the same engine: your data and configuration travel with you in both directions.
Why is Dilux Agentic Workflow free and the rest is not?
Because it is a method, not a service: it lives inside your repository and consumes none of our infrastructure. There is nothing to host, so there is nothing to charge for.
