Who we are
DiluxOne is a brand operated by Pablo Ariel Di Loreto, a sole proprietor based in Argentina (“DiluxOne”, “we”). Our order process for paid plans is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders paid through Paddle; Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders.
Free software
Our plugins and open source tools are provided under the license stated in each one (GPL-2.0-or-later for WordPress plugins, Apache-2.0, MIT or AGPL-3.0 for other tools), as is and without warranty, as those licenses describe.
Paid plans and services
Paid plans give you access to a hosted service or to features operated by DiluxOne for the period you paid. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not use our services to break the law, to send spam, to store content you have no right to, or to disrupt the service for others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page and, for paying customers, by email before they take effect.
