14-day refund
If a paid plan is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund it in full. For renewals, the same applies within 14 days of the renewal date.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] with the email of your account. For orders paid through Paddle you can also contact Paddle directly from your receipt.
Services
Consulting and training are refunded according to the contract agreed for each engagement.
